These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Redland Cleaning Services (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

We provide domestic cleaning services to residential customers in Bristol and surrounding areas. Services are carried out as agreed at the time of booking.

2. Bookings & Payment

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payment by bank transfer, card or cash.

We are not VAT registered, therefore VAT is not charged on our services.

3. Cancellations & Changes

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the booking fee.

Missed appointments where access is not provided may be charged in full.

4. Access to Your Property

You are responsible for providing safe and timely access.

Any keys provided will be stored securely and never labelled with your address.

5. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or beyond normal domestic cleaning standards.

Please inform us of any hazards, fragile items or special surfaces in advance.

6. Cleaning Products & Equipment

We use professional products suitable for general household use.

If you ask us to use your own products or equipment, we cannot accept responsibility for results or damage caused by them.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Please report any issues within 24 hours of your clean.

We will arrange a re-clean of affected areas where appropriate.

Refunds are at our discretion and limited to the value of the service provided.

8. Damage & Liability

We are fully insured.

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.

We are not responsible for:

Normal wear and tear

Pre-existing damage

Items that are fragile, unstable, or not properly secured

Our liability is limited to the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.

9. Valuables

Please secure valuables and irreplaceable items before your clean. We cannot accept responsibility for items not normally handled during routine cleaning.

10. Regular Cleaning Services

We aim to provide a consistent cleaner, but this cannot be guaranteed due to holidays, sickness or operational needs. A suitable replacement will always be arranged.

11. Data Protection

We handle personal data in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Your information is used only to deliver our services and is never sold to third parties.
