Our Move In/Move Out service provides a detailed, top-to-bottom clean to get the home ready for you or the next occupants. The property must be completely empty at the time of service, with no movers, contractors, or other workers on-site. Access to electricity and water is also required.
Please note that if the home is in especially poor condition, we may need to include a First Time Clean to ensure our team has sufficient time to complete the job properly.

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7-day window). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund.

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.
If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.

Our team does their absolute best to deliver exceptional service, however there are certain things we are unable to offer or guarantee. We always prioritise safety, liability, and the highest standards of quality. If you’re unsure about a particular cleaning request or any of the items listed below, please contact us so we can discuss it with you.
That said, the following services are not provided:
– We’re unable to carry out cleaning while other services are taking place in or around the home (such as plumbing, painting, or construction work).
– We cannot lift or move heavy items, including refrigerators, stoves, tables, and similar furniture.
– We do not move vases, wall art, or other fragile or delicate items.
– We’re happy to load your dishwasher, however we cannot return dishes to cupboards once finished, as we want to avoid any risk of breakage.
– We’re unable to clean items or areas that cannot be safely reached using telescopic tools and a step stool.
– Removing excessive pet hair from upholstery.
– Cleaning exterior windows.
– Cleaning mini blinds. Our cleaners are happy to dust horizontal metal or plastic mini blinds, but these are easily bent or damaged if anything more than light dusting is attempted.
– Removing strong odours (such as mould, animal waste, or smoke). We will always do our best, but results cannot be guaranteed.
– Cleaning inside dishwashers and washing machines.
– Cleaning light bulbs.
– Cleaning homes that are infested with rodents or insects.
– Removing excess paint from surfaces.
– Post-construction cleaning. We’re happy to provide this service, however it falls outside the scope of our online booking system and requires an in-person visit for an accurate quote.
– Deep carpet or floor cleaning (including steam cleaning, polishing, waxing, etc.).
– Removing heavy marks or stains from walls, skirting boards, or other painted surfaces, as this could risk damaging the paintwork.
